The EF RäDER Internal Beadlock is designed to provide secure support to the tire bead, improving traction by increasing the tire’s contact patch with the ground when air pressure is reduced.

Built to meet all industry rim standards, the EF RäDER Internal Beadlock is compatible with all major tire brands. Its innovative internal double beadlock system ensures that the tire bead stays firmly in place against the rim, preventing any slippage or bead seal breakage during use. Unlike traditional external beadlock rings, which clamp down on just one side of the wheel, the EF RäDER system locks the bead on both sides of the tire. Additionally, it is DOT-approved, making it street legal.

Each EF RäDER beadlock is custom-engineered to fit the specific size of the wheel and tire beads, undergoing rigorous testing—including tire slip and on-vehicle performance evaluations—to ensure it meets the highest standards. Lead times are typically 6-10 weeks, depending on stock availability.

Unlike conventional beadlock wheels that clamp only the outer tire bead, leaving the inner bead exposed to potential damage, the EF RäDER system provides comprehensive bead retention.

Engineered specifically for the G-Class standard bolt pattern and the 4×4 Squared, the EF RäDER beadlock also integrates standard CTIS (Central Tire Inflation System) fittings. This feature allows direct inflation of tires for vehicles equipped with portal axles and CTIS, making tire management more convenient.

The system is designed to work seamlessly with your OEM center cap or any provided Mercedes-Benz cap.
